
NEVCON Vendor Application Form
The NEVCON Team would like to thank you for taking interest in our event. Below is our Sponsor & Vendor Information Form. We will send more information out as the event draws near.
Event Date:
Vendor Hall Shopping: Thursday, March 5th - 5pm - 8pm
Convention Classes: Friday & Saturday, March 6th & 7th 9am - 4pm

Event Timing: Set Up Thursday, March 5th 12pm - 5pm
Event Address: Sam's Town, 5111 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, NV 89112 2nd Floor, Maps will be sent out

March 2025 was our first event. We had around 500 families! Our vendors reported constant foot traffic, a highly engaged audience and positive sales. Over 75% of our attendees are BRAND NEW to homeschooling. They were highly motivated to purchase and learn what you have to offer.
Our first event was 1.5 days. This year we are moving to 2.5 days. We hope that this helps make it worth the travel.
We will have a room block located at the venue forthcoming.
Submission of this application does not guarantee placement in the event. Applicants will be notified via email.
Deadline for Vendor Application is January 31st, 2026.
