🎟️ What are the ticket options?

All-Access Pass (Thurs-Sat) - Includes Full Access to all 3 days of the Convention ($75)

Single-Day Pass (Fri or Sat) - Choose Friday or Saturday ($55)

Thursday Night Only (Free) - Thursday is Free Access to all (FREE)

Child Add-On Pass - Grants Children Ages 3+ Access on the same day(s) as an adult pass ($25)

Recordings Access - Can’t attend in person? Purchase recordings separately. ($65)
👉 All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
💳 Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
No. All ticket sales are final.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Yes! Most speaker sessions will be recorded. You can purchase access:

Kids are more than welcome to come explore, meet our amazing vendors, and take part in some fun, kid-friendly activities while shopping at the vendor hall.
Friday and Saturday
NEVCON is all about supporting parents and educators as they learn and grow — and because of that, most of our sessions are geared toward adults. While we love kids (we are all parents too!), we want to let you know that this event is designed for grown-ups, and we won’t be offering childcare during the convention.
That said, we completely understand that sometimes you may need to bring your little one along. Babies under 3 are welcome to attend with you as lap babies — no ticket needed.
If you do need to bring a child over the age of 3, we simply ask that you purchase a $25 child ticket, which covers whichever day(s) you’re attending. It’s one ticket per child.

📦 Can I exhibit at NEVCON?
Yes! We welcome vendors that serve homeschoolers.
🏨 Are there discounted hotel rates?
Yes. A discounted block of rooms is available through Sam’s Town Hotel.

We love volunteers! Opportunities range from setup to registration to workshop support. Please visit nevcon.org/volunteer to register.
